Why a Card Game?
Card games are a truly unique form of media that brings people together in wholesome ways. Whether players enjoy the game socially or competitively, card games provide an experience of community and collectability packaged together unlike other media.
That is because it is the people that make the product amazing rather than the product making the people amazing. There is something to be said for such products. These products build true companionship and scenes of people, local and abroad, who enjoy each other’s company and friendship that extends far beyond our product. That is where the real purpose of Blood and Salt Studios lies; creating care between people and extending that care to all people far beyond our game.
As such, it is our goal to provide through a card game media all avenues of enjoyment available to it. We plan to deliver on such avenues such as community, collectability, gameplay, communication, and quality of work to create not only a meaningful relationship with our players, but a meaningful relationship as humble friends.
There is just something of greater quality about holding a physical object from a physical event that physically is unique, surrounded by a physical group of friends enjoying each other.
That is where we want to go, and that is where we want to be.
